This Orthodox Church speaks loudly on its opposition to the actions taken by President Putin on the Ukraine Population

ANCIENT ORTHODOX CATHOLIC CHURCH (AOCC)_ PRESS RELEASE

Blessed Children of the faith:

Recent stressful developments in Ukraine has affected millions of innocent people in that region in many ways.  We are praying for peace and comfort of our brothers and sisters who are facing suffering an inhumane treatment.  It is critical that the hostilities cease immediately and that President Putin put an end to the military operations.

As Orthodox Christians, we condemn violence and aggression.  AOCC support and prayers  go to our brother His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufriy, who has heavy burden on his shoulders, of leading his beloved flock in this time of pain and anxiety.

Our prayers are extended to all religious leaders serving in Ukraine who have the delicate task of leading their communities in these difficult times.  We petition to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to have mercy on us for the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the holy churches of God, and for the union of all."  Please know that we pray for those who have lost lives and for those who are, grieving and displaced because of the war in Ukraine.
